　　会員の方は、年数回開催のＴＥＡ＆ＴＡＬＫ（ティーアンドトーク）をはじめとする
　　中世日本研究所主催のイベントに無料で参加できます。

　　活動内容を記したパンフレットを準備しておりますので、詳しい活動内容を
　　お知りになりたい方は、当研究所までご連絡ください。

　　　　　結縁
　　　

　　　「結縁（けちえん）」とは、中村元氏の『広説仏教語大辞典』によれば、
　　　ゆかりを結ぶこと。仏道に入る縁を結ぶこと。仏法に縁を結ぶこと。
　　　未来に救われるゆかりをつくること。
　　　などと、言われています。
　　　昔から、在家の男女や僧尼たちは、仏・菩薩を供養することで、
　　　仏・菩薩のさとりと自分自身とを結びつけようとしてきました。
　　　それによって、来世に良い業を受けるための功徳を得ていたのです。

　　　このような結縁の由来にならって、
　　　"中世日本研究所　女性仏教文化史研究センター”の活動にご協力下さいませんか？

　　　中世日本研究所の活動は外部からの寄付金や助成金等によって支えられています。
　　　寄附という形で当研究所と縁を結んで頂けましたら、幸甚に存じます。
　　　また、美術品などを寄附して頂くことにより、研究所を支援して頂くことも可能です。
　　　御寄附頂いたものを販売することにより、
　　　宗教文化遺産の保存にかかる膨大な費用を減らすことができます。
　　　（寄附は法律で定められている範囲内において所得税の控除対象となります。）

　　　　Kechien

　　　Kechien is a Japanese word that means to create a bond or link to something sacred.
　　　Throughout the centuries, lay men and women as well as monks and nuns would create
　　　a kechien link between themselves and the serene inner beauty of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
　　　by offering something of themselves (money, food, flowers, their time),
　　　in service, and thereby gained merit for their future good karma.

　　　Please consider forming a kechien link and adding your cooperation and support to the current
　　　work of the Medieval Japanese Studies Institute and Center for the Study of Women,
　　　Buddhism, and Cultural History.

　　　The Institute's activities are entirely dependent upon external funding through donations,
　　　grants and gifts.We need your financial support. Please form a kechien link with us
　　　by considering the Institute when you are making your financial donations or planning your estate.
　　　You can also help us in the short term by donating art or property ,
　　　the sale of which will provide needed support for all our projects, especially the extremely
　　　costly task of surveying, preserving and photographing religious and cultural treasures
　　　from the Imperial convents that belong to the world for posterity.
　　　All donations are tax-exempt.
